Very similar in style to their set of the year before,
the Nu-Card Baseball Scoops were issued in a smaller 2-1/2" X 3-1/2"
size, but still featured the mock newspaper card front. This 80-card
set is numbered from 401 to 480, with numbers shown on both the
card front and back. These cards, which commemorate great moments
in individual players' careers, included only the headline and black
and white photo on the fronts, with the descriptive story on the
card backs. Cards are again printed in red and black. |
