On November 9th, 2012 I had an opportunity to hear the great Maury
Wills speak at the 15th Annual SABR Chapter Banquet in Denver, Colorado.
Mr. Wills discussed his rise from playing sandlot ball in the projects
in Washington DC to becoming a NL MVP and World Series Champion. His
