I purchased a 1975 SSPC PSA 9 card and upgraded it to a PSA 10 in
January, 2003. I also had a Palmer in SSPC so I decided to swap
the Yount out for a new type card. I picked up a 1981 Topps PSA
9 in November, 2007 and upgraded to this PSA 10 in January, 2008
after winning an eBay auction from A.J. Uscowskas (ajscardshop).

| Description: |
This is another 726-card set of 2-1/2" X 3-1/2" cards
from Topps. The cards have the usual color photo with all cards
from the same team sharing the same color borders. Player names
appear under the photo with team and position on a baseball cap
at lower-left. The Topps logo returned in a small baseball in the
lower-right. Card backs include the usual stats along with a headline
and a cartoon if there was room. Specialty cards include previous
season record-breakers, highlights of the playoffs and World Series,
along with the final appearance of team cards. |
