| Comments: In late 2013 I decided to add Beltran to my HOF page. I figure with 8 All-Star appearances and his remarkable play in the 2013 playoffs the guy deserves a plaque. I looked through his cards on eBay and decided on the 2000 Fleer Award Winner card. I picked up a Glossy version on eBay in October, 2013. The card had significant chipping along its borders and wouldn’t command a good grade. A couple weeks later I purchased another raw card from seller wipeoutslider. The card was a beauty and PSA agreed. It was slabbed GEM MT when the submission was returned to me on January 29, 2014. |
