Description:	Perhaps the rarest of the late-1940s Cuban caramel cards is this issue picturing members of the island's four-team professional winter league. Measuring 1-5/8" X 2-7/16", the cards are printed in black-and-white on thick paper stock. Front photos are bordered in black with no player identification. On back at top is a card number and player name, along with a few words about the player. At bottom is an ad for the sponsor. Many American players, including Negro Leagues, are included in the issue. The set is arranged alphabetically by team. An album was available in which to mount the cards. As with most contemporary Cuban issues, low-grade survivors are in norm, with Good condition being about the best seen.
