| Comments: In early 2007,
I found this card of the Rocket while browsing through player lots
at a show. I'm always searching through star boxes to find items
that fit the collection theme, trying to predict who might make
it to the Hall of Fame. I thought it was the perfect portrait -
lots of personality/fun. Eventually it was submitted to PSA and
graded MINT. In October, 2007 I found a GEM example on eBay. The
card still makes me smile. |
