| Comments: This spot was
first occupied by a 1961 Topps MVP card in PSA 8 that I acquired
in 2001. I loved the bright red background. I sold it in November,
2002. In January, 2003 I decided to go with the 1952 Topps issue
and purchased a PSA 4 via eBay. I upgraded to a PSA 7 (Black Back)
with another eBay win in February, 2005. At some point I decided
to stick with Eddie Mathews representing the '52 Topps issue and
purchased this PSA 8 1949 Bowman card from seller Keith Abrams (andiehaley)
on eBay in July, 2005. |
