Comments: I purchased my 1970 Topps PSA 8 on eBay in December, 1998 from Kurt Welch. It had nice clean gray borders all around. Strong card with solid corners and great centering. Here it is:

UPDATE: In March, 2021 a near perfect PSA 9 came up in my eBay searches and I couldn't help myself from submitting an offer. The Buy It Now price was $1500. The seller responded: "Hey, I had a couple offers or this card already, but will take 1400 if you're interested." It was gorgeous and I had to do it - SOLD!
